Welcome to all new people on the waiting list, you have likely come from social media posts about my online platform for fibromyalgia/ME/ehlers danlos sufferers.

Quick update: every therapist for The Mend Collective is now confirmed. Here’s your 30-second sneak peek at what’s coming:

  • Nutrition & Accessible Cooking – Weekly live cook-alongs led by a chef who has fibromyalgia. Expect one-pan meals, jar-free hacks, pre-chopped shortcuts, slow-cooker options, and batch plans for low-energy days.

  • Somatic Therapy – Gentle, body-led tools to calm the nervous system and reduce flare reactivity.

  • Vagal Toning – Simple HRV-supportive drills (humming, paced breathing, safe gargling) to build resilience.

  • Yoga (Bed/Chair to Mat) – Options for all abilities; bed/chair yoga available, with pacing to avoid boom-bust.

Doors open soon. Every therapist has been hand chosen by me, they all have dual qualifications as psychotherapist/pHD professors to ensure you are getting the best help. Over the next few emails, I will be introducing them and giving snippets into sessions and also sending links to invite you to some live sessions with me.
